Branch Operations Manager (Distribution Company) – Indonesia

FKS Multi Agro, a company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and a subsidiary of FKS Food and Agri is looking for talent to join their distribution operations. FKS Multi Agro focused on trading of staple food and feed, managing port logistics and land distribution of food products within Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and take responsibility for the smooth continuity of branch operations, including Distribution and Warehouse functions
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure efficient distribution of company products, while also overseeing financial matters related to the branch
  • Provide guidance and coaching to all employees in the branch to enhance their performance
  • Develop and foster cooperative relationships with distributors and sub-distributors
  • Prepare periodic branch performance reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly) to be submitted to the head office

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain excellent relationships with distributors and sub-distributors
  • Experience using SAP S4Hana
  • Having a valid driving license (SIM A)
  • Capable of working effectively under stress and pressure
  • Willing to travel for business purposes
  • Willing to work and station in any branch office in Indonesia
