 FKS Pangan Nusantara, a subsidiary of FKS Food and Agri, focused on distribution of food and snacks within Indonesia. FKS Pangan Nusantara is currently looking for a professional to join their team as Distribution Sales Manager.


Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase sales of the district and products
  • Develop sales strategy and setting target
  • Monitor sales team performance
  • Develop and sustaining long-term relationship with customer, such as traditional store, MSME, and home industry
  • Together with sales team do market survey and searching new potential outlet
  • Join visit with sales team to evaluate and determine future plans for improvement and market development as effort to achieve sales target in the district
  • Evaluate and analyze sales achievement periodically, including do improvement
  • Make sure all marketing activity being delivered well
  • Coach sales team
  • Collaborate with local sub-distributors

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in consumer goods distribution company
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Able to work with target and pressure
  • Have a good partnership portfolio with distributors and sub-distributor
  • Have car driving license
  • Willing to be placed in Sukabumi, Bandung, and Bali
