FKS Multi Agro, a company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and a subsidiary of FKS Food and Agri, is currently looking for talent to join their distribution operations. FKS Multi Agro focused on trading of staple food and feed, managing port logistics and land distribution of food products within Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
• Conduct regular visits to customers to promote and generate demand for our soybean/feed products in the designated area
• Monitor and support product distribution within the assigned area
• Communicate and inform sub-agents about promotional programs to boost sales
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase the number of subscribers within the territory
• Collect and maintain accurate customer data and address any complaints or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any major
• At least 2 years of experience in product sales, preferably in food and feed industry
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and persuade potential customers
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to work from any branch office within Indonesia, as required by business needs
