We have made it a priority to embed ESG principles across our operations by appointing dedicated over 50 ESG Champions for key areas such as energy management, water conservation, food safety, employee welfare, and community empowerment. These efforts are further supported by the integration of ESG Key Performance Indicators into our Balanced Scorecard, ensuring that our corporate goals align seamlessly with sustainability outcomes.
Building Trust with Our Stakeholders
A major milestone is the launch of the FKS SpeakUp program, a whistleblowing initiative designed to promote transparency and uphold ethical conduct. This program empowers our stakeholders to report unethical behaviour, policy violations, and financial misconduct, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
Managing Our Environmental Footprint
FKS FA has embarked on a comprehensive carbon accounting journey as part of our commitment to minimizing our environmental footprint. We have begun consolidating our GHG inventory data and are exploring renewable energy solutions, including the installation of 10MWp solar panels across our Group and JV operations, to reduce our contribution to climate change.
