PT Tereos FKS Indonesia, a joint venture between Tereos Group and FKS Group, made a US$100 million investment to increase its capacity in Cilegon, Banten. The expansion is part of the Company’s product diversification plan. Upon completion, the Company will produce fructose syrup, a commonly used sweetener in food and beverage industry. 

By the end of 2019, PT Tereos FKS Indonesia is targeting a 20% year-on-year sales growth. With the new fructose syrup, the Company is optimistic that the target can be achieved. Production capacity will increase from 1,000 metric tons per day to 1,300 metric tons per day.
